Susan J. Nugent, 79, died Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Sunnycrest Manor.
Private family funeral services will be held. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. The Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 Kennedy Road is in charge of the arrangements.
Susan was born on February 7, 1935 in Dubuque, IA the daughter of Bert and Evelyn (Majerius) Norton.
She attended Immaculate Conception from 1948 - 1952. She was a baker and cook at Mt. Saint Francis Convent until retirement in 2001.
Surviving are her children, James Nugent, Doris Nugent, Sharon Luksetich, and Mary Nugent; 9 grandchildren, Heather, Chris, Amanda, Taylor, Corey, Ashley, Jim Jr., Kylee, and Stone; 4 great grandchildren; her life- long special friend, Mary McAndrews; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Robert and Kenneth Nugent; sons-in-law, Dave Kothenbeutel and Tom Luksetich; siblings Eleanor Norton, Leona Manders, and Emmett (Ann) Norton.
