Obituary for Ashley E LuGrain (LuGrain)
Ashley E. LuGrain, 30, of Dubuque passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at home. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 pm Monday at the Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 Kennedy Road where there will be a parish wake service at 7:30. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Ashley was born October 1, 1984 in Davenport, Iowa. She graduated from Southwestern High School in 2003. She was very passionate about music and had a contagious laugh with an infectious smile. She was always willing to help anybody in need and this showed through her many acts of kindness. Ashley loved spending time with her family and friends; especially her nephews and niece and the love of her life, her daughter KiLynn Marie.
She is survived by her daughter KiLynn Marie; parents, Patrick and Laurie LuGrain; three siblings, PJ (Jen Kaiser) LuGrain of Galena, Corey (Kristen) LuGrain of Galena, and Amber (Jesse) Heslop of Cedar Rapids; nieces and nephews, Payton, Nolan and Vivian LuGrain; Grandparents, Richard and Mary Jane Leibfried and Carol LuGrain; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and special friend, Dominick.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, William LuGrain, great grandparents, cousins, and close friends.
Ashley will be greatly missed by the many lives she touched.
In lieu of flowers, an Ashley LuGrain Memorial Fund has been established.
