Condolence From: Paul Fransen
Condolence: The Kentucky Fransens offer our sincerest sympathy for the loss of your Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and so many others who were touched by knowing Carol.

My memories of her are very fond as she was always so kind to my siblings and I. I think I speak for my siblings when I say we really enjoyed the time spent with our cousins.

I don't remember the circumstances, but one of my earliest memories as a child was a day spent at the Hemesath household with only the two of us. She encouraged me to ride one of the Hemesath bikes. That's when and where I learned how to ride a bike. As I've been told, I was a handful at that age (and beyond), and Carol was so incredibly patient with me!

I know a lot of tears will be shed, and they are justified as I have them myself as I write this. But also smile as you think of Carol's legacy. All of her children are wonderful, compassionate people. And I have no doubt that her grandchildren will be the same wonderful, compassionate people themselves.
