Condolence: Betty, Mary, family and friends,

Condolences to all - my thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow. Some of my life's fondest memories are from the days when my family and yours were neighbors. Paul was always welcoming and kind to the neighborhood kids and always made us feel welcome in their home. Throughout his life he set a strong example of compassion and caring for everything he held dear to his heart and he had a special way of shining that grace on everyone around him. Although many years have passed since those neighborhood days, he continued his Christian journey and touched so many in a positive way while serving Our Lord. You all have so much to celebrate as you reflect on Paul's life, and heaven has gained a beautiful angel who will be with you for the rest of your days. May peace and love resonate in your hearts as you rejoice in the many fond memories of him.

Condolence: We are so sorry for your loss. The world lost a soldier for Christ; while heaven gained an angel. What a blessing he was to so many.

We are keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers. May you find peace in his treasured memories.

Condolence: Dear Mary, Betty and family,

I am so very sorry about the loss of your dad/husband. He was such a great man and always full of life and the love of Our Lord. I do not remember a time that I did not see a smile on his face. Thus the smiley face golf ball that I gave him for his birthday many years ago.

You have been in my prayers and will continue you to be for love, comfort, peace and support.

Love you!

Beth

Condolence: There were a few men in my life who left a lasting impression that still remains with me today. Paul was one of them. He was witty, smart and brutally honest with those around him in the business world. I had the pleasure of witnessing this first hand as we worked side by side for fifteen years. He taught me so much but nothing more important than how to live a Catholic life with no apologies for your beliefs. Many times I heard him tell business associates and employees they needed to get their life in order by getting back to church.
On my last day working for Paul when I went in his office to say good bye he got up and closed his door and said, " I knew you would be the hardest one for me to say goodbye to." We both wept and embraced one another and I said, " Paul, you were the big brother I never had, you have taught me a lot about life." He stepped back and wiped away a tear and said, "that's good, don't forget it, now get out of here." That was the Paul I loved.
Good bye my friend, it was a pleasure being part of your life.
