Condolence: Sonja, I hardly know what to say. So I'll begin at the beginning. My mother Georgia and I always went to shop together at the Eagle supermarket, and you were working there. This was in the days before scanners when ladies like you had to be fast and accurate inputting the prices. Mom and I would always talk to you, we liked you so much. We would try to choose your line. Then I found out you were marrying the older brother of my long-time classmate, Anna Koch. I already knew Peter, your fiance. It was such a nice coincidence. You both seemed so happy.

I can't believe you are gone. You were productive, interested in other people, always so friendly and positive.

Pete, I'm so sorry. Sonja was great, great to be around.
