Vernon E. Haney, 80, of Dubuque, passed away, Monday, June 13, 2016. Per his wishes, there will be no public services. Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 JFK Rd, Dubuque, is assisting the family.

He is survived by his daughters, Jill (John) Graziadei of Houston, TX and Pamela (Robert) Carlson of Sacramento, CA, and Adrianna Haney of Dubuque; and grandchildren Jessica Taipale, Zachery Sanders and Summer Carlson.
